Dr. Brett grew up in Vancouver, and like her patients, she is motivated to maintain optimal health in order to enjoy an active lifestyle on the West Coast. She appreciates the challenges of balancing a busy work life with family time, athletic pursuits, and social endeavors. She loves to help her patients navigate that balance. Outside of work, Brett is usually enjoying time with friends and family, in the local mountains hiking with her dog, road cycling, or skiing.
Dr. Brett enjoys getting to know her patients in order to understand how best to set out sustainable health plans that work toward her patient’s individual goals. She works with her patients to optimize nutrition, balance hormones, improve immune function, minimize physical barriers, and address mental, physical, and emotional stress. Dr. Brett enjoys treating a variety of concerns including fatigue, digestive issues, hormone imbalance, sleep difficulties, stress, physical pains, and skin conditions.
Dr. Brett Simpson graduated as a naturopathic doctor from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. She holds additional certifications in prescriptive authority, and IV therapy. She is also trained in aesthetic procedures, using neuromodulators and fillers. She will be completing her final level of injection therapies (neurotherapy and prolotherapy) whenever it is safe to do so again. Dr. Brett completed her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Victoria and is also certified as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
