Dr. Jenn Turner completed her Bachelors Degree in Physical Education at Brock University in St. Catharine’s, Ontario. After graduating, she continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Turner is currently a resident in the Chiropractic Sports Sciences fellowship program in Vancouver, studying under some of the best clinicians and doctors in order to be a sports specialist herself. Jenn is a fully certified Active Release Techniques © practitioner as well as being trained in Graston Techniques ®.

Her expertise as a chiropractor has taken Jenn around the world with her job with Cycling Canada.  Her career highlight occurred as she worked at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Jenn has been working with Cycling Canada during the past 5 years in the Track, Road and BMX programs and was proud to see some of her athletes win a bronze medal at these Games. Jenn has travelled to Europe as part of the medical team for the National Bobsled and Skeleton teams where they were competing in the Europa Cup Circuit. She also has experience working with the Professional Cycling Team Sky out of Great Britian and has worked with a number of other professional, Olympic and amateur athletes. Jenn is the “Injuries” columnist for Triathlon Magazine Canada and has contributed to the Triathlon BC publication, IMPACT magazine, Trail Running Canada and many others.

Jenn is a highly competitive athlete herself. Jenn’s involvement in triathlon began at age 18 and she has recently discovered that her passion and talent lies in long course triathlon. Completing 4 Ironmans to date, she is currently taking a “break” from triathlon and have found a love for competing in trail ultra-marathons and road running. Jenn is competing recreationally while figuring out the mommy/work/life balance with the recent addition to her family of her first baby in December 2013.

Additionally, Jenn owns a clinic in Chilliwack in addition to Movéo, called OPTIMUM SPORT PERFORMANCE & HEALTH CLINIC, which has a similar vision to that of Movéo.

Dr. Turner is a successful entrepreneur, athlete, and Chiropractor.  Jenn has worked diligently for many years to obtain her current success and she will continue to do so for years to come–always with a big smile on her face and enthusiasm.  We have been referring individuals between each other for 3 years and all of my clients are more than comfortable when they are treated by Dr. Turner.  Jenn always greets her patients with a warm presence.

In addition to Dr. Turner’s authentic enthusiasm, she is also an accomplished business woman.  She has been part owner of Moveo for years while starting a new clinic in Chilliwack with great success.  It is impressive and inspirational to watch Jenn achieve in business as it relates to improving her clients quality of life.

Jenn’s spare time is spent training in whatever endurance sport she decides to excel in, like triathlon or running.  This aspect of Jenn’s life helps her to connect with the large number of athletes that she treats on a daily basis.  She understands what an athlete experiences when experiencing an injury.

Finally, Dr. Turner is highly educated and utilizes her knowledge to creatively and effectively solve injuries in patients.  Not only do I refer my clients to Jenn with great success, but I am also a patient of hers.  The results that I have seen from Jenn’s work on clients has impressed me from day one of knowing of her.

It is without a doubt that there are few practitioners that can claim the same achievements in popularity, business, and athleticism.
