Jessica successfully earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health & Rehabilitation from Simon Fraser University. Jessica’s journey began at Movéo in 2015, where she embarked as a co-op student. Under the mentorship of seasoned practitioners, she honed her skills and absorbed valuable insights into the realm of injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with chronic pain patients, individuals who have suffered injuries in motor vehicle accidents, and those focused on strength and conditioning.
