Rucha has over 12 years of experience having practiced as a Physiotherapist in India,UK and Canada. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India, complemented by a Master of Science in Sports & Biomechanical Medicine from Scotland. Rucha has proudly represented India as a Sports Physiotherapist at prestigious sporting events like the Olympics, Asian Games and several world championships, where she worked closely with elite athletes from Indian wrestling and shooting teams.
Rucha has additional training in AN-IMS, Mulligan and Maitland mobilisations, Sports and K-taping. She works with her clients to manage their pain, restore their mobility, helping them achieve functional independence and utilises a holistic approach to treatment. She excels in providing patient-tailored and comprehensive treatments, using evidence-based principles and a hands-on approach. She possesses strong skills in exercise prescriptions, IMS/dry needling, manual therapy techniques and likes designing injury prevention plans, return to sport/work programs and conducting sports-specific assessments. Beyond her professional endeavors, Rucha is an avid traveler, having explored over 20 countries.
